At Masterminds we use the ’Tutorbird’ application to: ​​

• Maintain communication with parents by sending regular monthly feedback and progression information.​
• Schedule lessons​
• Send lesson reminders​
• Manage payments by sending out invoices and taking online payments. ​

Tutorbird Login details will be sent through email. This will enable students and parents to log onto the portal and get started.
